All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at keychaincorporation@gmail.com. We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
