LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at keychaincorporation@gmail.com with photos and order details, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
